I just taught Tessa the “Jump over my legs” catch for when you are sitting on the ground. I had already been doing those multiple frisbee drills (what I was doing at the beginning) so it was really easy for her to learn this.

Here is another movie of me and Tessa practicing the “3 in 1” frisbee throw catches. I am really working on getting her to keep running after a catch. She is doing really well. Pretty soon, she’ll be catching all the frisbees in the same throw!

New frisbees from Hero Discs [video]
We just got our new frisbees from Hero Discs. I was so excited that I had to try them out, even though it was raining. Tessa didn’t mind the rain. She needed a little time to get used to the frisbees and then, she got it. I think that these frisbees are really going to benefit her, she really needed some better frisbees.
Incase you’re wondering, we got the Hero Distance and the Hero Air.
